Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a slot or participating in training programs at Namma Sports Club. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines and safety regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Namma Sports Club portal and reserving any sports batch or coaching slot, you agree to comply with all operational guidelines, fee structures, and code of conduct.

2. Slot Booking & Attendance

Slot reservations are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
Athletes must report 10 minutes prior to their booked session.
Wearing appropriate athletic footwear and protective equipment is compulsory.

3. Safety, Medical & Liability

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries to the head coach before participating.
Namma Sports Club provides certified first-aid and safety equipment on-site. Participation in competitive training is voluntary.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be placed at least 24 hours in advance subject to slot availability.
Cancellations requested within eligible windows are processed under our standard Refund Policy.
